  • 1. Are there any mileage restrictions?

    With Minilease 3000 km per every 30 days is included.

  • 2. Can I choose the car that I want?

    Yes there are many different models available in our fleet per car group. We will always aim to accommodate preferences where possible.

  • 3. Can I add a second driver?

    Yes, that's possible. For €101.60 every 30 days, you can easily add an additional driver. Ideal if you want to share the driving.

  • 4. Can I get a free upgrade through my Gold status?
    Your Gold status offers many benefits, free upgrades are not included with Minilease, but we will always help to find the perfect car for you.
  • 5. How can I pay for my rental?

    Payment is made exclusively by credit card in the renter's name.

    At the start of your rental, we reserve the monthly amount plus a €200 deposit for any additional costs, such as fuel or extra mileage.

  • 6. How long am I bound to a contract?

    The minimum rental period is just 30 days. After that, you can cancel the contract at any time, giving you maximum flexibility.

  • 7. Can I change the car if it does not meet my expectations?

    Absolutely. We offer several modern models within each category. This way, you'll drive a car that suits you—and we'll do our utmost to make your preferred model available.

  • 8. Where can I pick up my vehicle?

    Hertz has over 40 locations in Netherlands where you can pick up your vehicle. See www.hertz.nl for details.
